Follow these instructions to get a smoked turkey ready for serving.

  • 1 Smoked Turkey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Place turkey in a roasting pan with 1⁄2” water
  3. Cover with lid or aluminum foil
  4. Cook until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 160
  5. Let stand for 20 minutes before carving
