Ingredients
- 3 racks baby back ribs
- Kosher salt to taste
- Cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel membrane from back side of the ribs and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- When ready to cook, set your Traeger temperature to 225F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use Super Smoke if available.
- Cook meat side up for two hours. Flip ribs so the meat side is down and cook for an additional hour.
